Yoga - 107713

This beginning to intermediate class develops strength and flexibility, building postures to provide a sense of well-being and relaxation. Safety and your own abilities are the first priority in this non-competitive setting. Bring a yoga mat & dress in comfortable clothes. It is recommended not to eat at least one and a half hours prior to class. Students sit, kneel, stand and lay at times.
